Humbuckers
I offer a large range of humbucker options - colour, covers, magnet type, winding etc.
Some popular variants are:
Classic humbucker 8.2k/7.7k (slightly hot PAF style, various magnets).
72 Classic 12.5k/11.7k Alnico 5 (Classic punchy rock tone).
Creambucker 11.4k UO Alnico 5 (Warm, clear, higher output).
S-Bucker. This pickup has a unique winding arrangement that boosts the slug coil (which is fitted with rod magnets) to produce a realistic single coil tone and minimises volume drop when split. A DPDT toggle or push/pull pot is essential when using this pickup.
Mini humbuckers are available with various magnets and winding patterns for a pickup that produces a generally brighter, more focused tone than a regular size humbucker.
F-Bird pickups have a unique single coil characteristic to their tone, somewhere between a humbucker and a single coil pickup. Used as a set of three for example they produce some very convincing switch positions 2 and 4 'caster tones.
The Little Lion. A humbucker under a soapbar P90 cover that is more adaptable than a mini humbucker in terms of winding and magnet possibilities.
Wide range style humbucker. A drop in replacement for the original large four point mount wide range humbucker and the construction mirrors that of the originals with hand machined bobbins, reflector plate and individual pole magnets (Alnico for the hidden poles and FeCrCo for the visible screw poles).
A very versatile pickup that sounds close to the originals.
The Ranger DLX, a regular humbucker size version of the wide range humbucker.
Similar sonically to it's larger cousin, slightly lower in output and a touch less girth.
The Catronic.
"G" style format and size, available in three variants:
Catronic 1: Bridge 4.8k, Neck 4.2k. Bright, plenty of twang.
Catronic 2: Bridge 7.8k, Neck 7.0k. Warm, still plenty of twang, PAF like output.
Catronic 3: Nridge 8.4k, Neck 7.8k. Hot (but not too much).
Wide range humbucker JM style (JMWRHB). Constructionally and sonically identical to my regular
full size wide range humbucker
Dog Ear style humbuckers.
Available in all the same variants as my regular humbuckers and
a drop in replacement for Dog Ear P90 pickups.
